TERNO products will be delivered within 1-3 business days within UAE except remote areas.
Delivery within GCC within 3-5 business days. International delivery within 14-21 days.

Personalised gifts orders follow processing time as follows::
Personalised hand painted glasses take 7 working days after receiving your order confirmation.
Personalised framed foil artworks, etched glasses, T-shirts, bags and tea towels, etc. take 2-3 working days after receiving your order confirmation and approval of design.
Ready made collections take 2 days processing after receiving your order confirmation.
Bulk custom made orders processing times varies according to the agreement between us and client.
Standard UAE delivery - AED 25 (not exceeding 5 kg in weight)
GCC and Worldwide delivery - approximate rates available upon request.
Returns and refund policy:
Thank you for purchasing our products. While we do our best to provide you with best quality handmade products, due to the nature of our business, products that are made personalised for you are not eligible for a refund.
For any other items to be eligible for a refund such as ready-made products from our limited collection, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened, unused and in its original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees and return shipping cost will also be paid by customer.
If our products arrived damaged in any way, please contact us right away so we can check the issues that may have occured during delivery. We will be happy to send a free replacement after conducting our investigation.
