Made with Piña Jusi fabric and hand embroidered with sewing machine by local artisans in Lumban, Laguna.
Definitely a statement piece and a great conversation starter when you wear this Barong Tagalog.
How to care for your BARONG
- Hand wash is the way to go!
- Use mild detergent mixed with water. Soak for a few minutes. Do not scrub or squeeze. Hang and air dry but away from direct heat or sunlight. - Stains? No bleach please.
- Spot cleaning the stained area by dabbing a soft wet cloth. Use a mild detergent in treating stains. Bleaching may cause damage to fabric and embroidery. - Ironing.
- To remove creases, you can either steam iron or dry iron in the lowest temperature setting. You can iron inside out to protect the embroidery designs from getting damaged. - Hand, cover and store
- Hang your TERNO using a clothes hanger. Cover in breathable clothes dust bag and hang in wardobe without crush storing or piling heavier clothing or items on top on in between.
